How can I apply for a remark?
Enquiry on Results is the process by which candidates ask for one or more test modules to be remarked by experienced Examiners and Senior Clerical Markers. This request is made after the test results have been released and is designed to ensure candidate performance has been accurately assessed.
You can apply for an Enquiry on Results (EOR) procedure at your test centre within six weeks of the test date. You must pay an enquiry fee ($275), which is fully refunded if your band score improves.
Candidates are entitled to request a full remark (i.e. all modules) or a partial remark (i.e. one or more modules) of their original results. The following is needed if you want to apply for Enquiry on Results:
1. Download and complete the Enquiry on Results (EoR) Form and email it to eor@ieltscentres.com.
2. Pay the fee of $275 (payment options below).
Please note that we will start to process your application only after you have completed steps 1 & 2.
If you change your mind immediately after you have applied/paid for an EOR and before we have sent you a confirmation email that your request has been processed, there will be a $50 administrative fee deducted from your original payment, and we will send you an Interac e-Transfer for $225.
Important Notes:
1. If your scores change, we will send you a new TRF with your updated scores and a full refund. If your scores do not change, you will keep your TRF.
2. Precise Solutions is not involved in this review. All EOR requests are handled entirely and independently by IDP Australia.
3. IDP Australia does not provide feedback on your EOR request, irrespective of the outcome.
4. As a result of an EOR, the scores may go up or stay the same. They will not go down.
5. The EOR decision is final.

The EOR processing may take up to 2 weeks.
Precise Solutions is not involved in the remark process. We only process applications, send them over to IDP Australia for review, and receive the outcome. As such, we are not responsible for any or all delays in this process.
Once we have received your EOR outcome, we will send you an email. If your scores change, you will receive a full refund of $275. You will also receive a new TRF to reflect the change in your scores.
